Important clarification regarding debtor SSN and Form B-21 Statement of
SSN.
E-filed
cases do not require a Form
B-21 as long as the Debtor Attorney keys in the SSN during e-filing
so the SSN appears on B9I (341 Meeting Notice).
Form B-21 is required if the petition is filed via paper or
disk.
Form B-21 is required if the SSN is not keyed in when e-filed,
or to correct an error in the SSN regardless of how the case was filed.
If a Form B-21 (original or amended)
is filed after the original petition is filed the Debtor is required to notice
the Trustee and all creditors.
